1. Purpose & Values

• To unite Bulacan-based bloggers and content creators in fostering a supportive, collaborative, and professional community.
• To promote ethical content creation, responsible influence, and positive representation of Bulacan.
• To provide opportunities for learning, networking, and growth among members.
• To uphold respect, inclusivity, and integrity in all organizational activities.
• To help Bulacan businesses thrive and shine a spotlight on the province through authentic content and cooperative campaigns.

2. Membership Expectations

• Follow all organizational rules and decisions.
• All members are encouraged to join official BB events and collab signups extended by admins and members.
• Be welcoming, inclusive, and supportive of all members regardless of follower count.
• Engage respectfully with partners and the public.
• Create original and honest content.
• Follow agreed timelines, tags, and deliverables during collaborations.
• Represent Bulacan Bloggers positively online and offline.
• Registered plus ones can attend BB-organized events like Byaheng Bulacan, seminars, parties, etc. They are also entitled to official merch, but are not counted on tokens, GCs or cash distribution on partner signups. 
• Non-registered plus ones can accompany you on your private reviews, or even signups sourced through BB (as long as the business owner is informed/allows it)

3. Code of Conduct

• Practice professionalism, kindness, and respect in all interactions, including the Facebook group chat.
• Absolutely no plagiarism or content theft, most especially from fellow BB members.
• BB members must not use the Bulacan Bloggers name for his/her benefit only especially if there is a monetary deal involved.
• No gambling-related posts, promotions, links, or invitations.
• No content or posts that violate or are deemed against the community standards of social media platforms.
• No bullying, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, intimidation, public shaming or passive-aggressive remarks.
• No behavior that undermines unity, targets individuals, or disrupts the community. 
• Disputes should be handled privately and raised to officers when needed.

4. Official Communication (Facebook Group Chat)

• The official Facebook group chat is the primary channel for announcements, coordination, and reminders.
• The official Facebook group page may be used from time to time for communication.
• Avoid spamming or off-topic conversations unless allowed by officers; the official group chat is not a private or personal chat space.
• Conflicts, call-outs, or sensitive issues should not be aired publicly in the group chat and must be raised privately with officers.
• Officers reserve the right to remove members from the chat if rules are violated.

5. Events & Activities

• Signup commitments (whether gotten from within the community or externally) must be honored.
• Event slots, perks, and invitations are non-transferable.
• Repeated no-shows will affect membership status.

6. Collaborations & Sponsorships

• Follow campaign mechanics provided by Bulacan Bloggers or partner businesses.
• No backing out 24 hours prior to collab date unless for emergency reasons. Member is required to send proxy/representative if not able to attend.
• Turnaround time for posting is one month from date of visit/receipt of products, unless specified by business.
• Always provide truthful but respectful feedback or content about partner businesses.
• No bypassing fellow members who brings group signups. Permission must be obtained from member lead before direct contact of business introduced by said member.

7. Penalties

• 1st offense: Private warning
• 2nd offense: GC warning and submit a formal letter of explanation to officers
• 3rd offense: One-month suspension
• 4th offense: Three-month suspension
• 5th offense: Membership revocation

8. Agreement

Being a member means you agree to follow these rules and uphold the values of Bulacan Bloggers.

Annual membership fee for Bulacan Bloggers:

₱1,000 (for new members)
₱800 (for renewals)

The fee is payable at the time of membership committee approval and each year thereafter during the renewal month of January. Membership dues are individual, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
